CDM SPORTS MANAGEMENT
CDM Sports Management is a group of talented, unique individuals with a shared passion to pursue football abroad. We are also a management team who works with each athlete, every step of the way. Our players experience a pro-level living, training, conditioning and learning environment in the North Rhine-Westphalia region of western Germany, where we provide opportunities based on their ambitions.
Are you focused on a professional football career? We arrange player trials with teams in youth and professional divisions up to and including 1. Bundesliga. Want to combine football with studies at the international high school or university level? We’ll represent you there as well.

Each player begins with an immersion into German football through daily sessions with CDM Sports Management trainers.
Once players have established their routine in Germany and with our program, CDM Sports Management arranges trial opportunities based on the player’s technical level and objectives.

We offer a player-centered pathway unique to each athlete through our two core tracks. Players’ football development, overall health, well-being, regeneration and immersion in daily German life are vital components of both options.

Our Football Immersion track is a comprehensive program designed for the most dedicated athlete. We work with a group of carefully selected individuals whose passion for the game is highest-level.
Many of our players know they want to play professionally in Europe, and others will spend this focused time abroad to explore their options.
If a professional career is your next step, we handle details from contract negotiation to sponsorship and social media so you can concentrate solely on football. CDM Sports Management works in partnership with players and their families, and the collaboration is ongoing.

For high school aged players who wish to pursue football abroad in combination with full-time academics, we offer an exceptional opportunity through our partner school.
As with its academics, the program’s football component is designed to offer student athletes an exclusive international experience. Students can represent their school in league and tournament play, or can participate in trials arranged by CDM Sports Management.
For players aged 18+ in this pathway, we facilitate the German university application and enrollment process in combination with CDM Sports Management programming and team trials.
