The Pro Environment Residency is organized in collaboration with CDM Sports Management and The Fussball Project. For the first time, we are offering an immersive summer experience designed to expose players to every component of our full-time residency program. This rigorous program - whether full-time or summer immersion - introduces talented American players to the scouting environment in Western Germany, a hub for world football development.
Our residency program is a fully-supported, professional football experience including trials and opportunities for team placement. From the moment they arrive, participants will have access to housing, multiple daily training sessions, tailored conditioning and nutrition plans, physiotherapy and German language study. Every aspect of the residency program is designed to support and enhance players' development as dedicated football players - and our summer experience is no different.
